What Caregivers Can Expect for Your Loved One
With TRU PACE, your loved one receives caring support from a team that knows them well and understands their needs. This team may include nurses, social workers, therapists, home care staff, and others who work together to help your loved one stay safe and comfortable. They can expect a plan that fits their needs, friendly faces who checks in on them and help with health needs all in one place.
When transportation is part of the plan, they get rides to the center and to medical visits. At the day center, they can enjoy meals, activities, and time with others. They may also receive support at home to stay safe, as well as services in their own language when needed. Most of all, PACE helps your loved one stay in the comfort of their own home, which is where many people feel happiest.
How TRU PACE Reduces Caregiver Burden
Family caregivers often feel tired, stressed, or worried about doing everything alone. TRU PACE steps in so you don’t have to manage all the care by yourself.
TRU PACE helps lower the load by:

The TRU PACE day center provides health support, activities, and social connection. Time at the center can give caregivers a break while the participant has a structured day with staff who know them. Transportation is arranged to and from the Day Center when it is part of the plan.
